Processing Time

All of my products are handmade and created after you place your order. The production time depends on the type of product:

  • Jewelry: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belt buckles: 5 to 8 business days

I will always do my best to ship your item as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping (Free)

I offer free shipping on all my products via the Postal Service with tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:
  • Spain: 1 to 3 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
  • United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days
  • Australia: 7 to 13 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days
Express Shipping (Optional)

I offer express shipping to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

You can choose between free standard shipping or express shipping at checkout.

Estimated express delivery times:
  • 1 to 3 business days: France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom
  • 2 to 5 business days: United States and Canada

A contact phone number is required for express shipping, as it is needed by the carrier.

Is your country not on the express shipping list? Send me a message before placing your order, and I’ll check if express delivery is available for you.

Customs and Delays

I cannot be held responsible for possible delays caused by the shipping carriers, as they are out of my control.

Any customs fees or import duties will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, I accept returns within 14 business days from the date of delivery (except for custom-made products, which cannot be returned).

Conditions for returns or exchanges:
  • The product must be in perfect condition
  • It must be returned with its original packaging: box and fabric pouch
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • I recommend using tracked shipping for returns

Once I receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition, I will issue a refund or send the new item in case of an exchange.
